Mary Macaron

Mary Macaron is a dessert cafe in Yeonnam, Seoul, that sells macarons. It makes its own fillings by hand, including salt vanilla, Jeju matcha, Earl Grey, and creme brulee, and most sales are takeout. The shop closes early once that day's macarons are sold out, and with few seats, takeout is the main option. The macarons are large enough that eating a whole one at once feels like a lot.
