Poly’s Pancake

Polys Pancake is a dessert cafe in Yeonnam, Seoul, on the second floor of 30 Donggyo-ro 38-gil, Mapo-gu. It serves Dutch baby pancakes with coffee and tea, including strawberry, injeolmi, chocolate, and mango versions topped with whipped cream or ice cream. The pancakes are crisp outside and moist and chewy inside, and the strawberry pancake is a seasonal menu item. Each pancake is baked to order, so it takes time to arrive after ordering.
