Hongmabang

Hongmabang is a small Chinese restaurant in a Seoul market, serving mala noodles, tan tan noodles, dumplings, and rice bowls. The mala noodles can be ordered without choosing ingredients, the dumplings hold a lot of juice, and the tan tan noodles are served for mixing. Solo diners can sit at the bar seats, and waits form as both neighborhood regulars and outside visitors come in. The indoor seating is cramped.
