Modada

Modada is a specialty restaurant in Nam-gu, Ulsan, serving Hanwoo modeum gopchang along with daechang and yeomtong. The gopchang is par-cooked before it reaches the table, and the owner grills it in front of you. Jeon-gol and bokkeum-bap are available on the side, and the staff check the heat and the reducing broth from time to time. Jongha Public Parking Lot is right next door.
