Jinmi Mandu

Jinmi Mandu is a dumpling shop in Ulsan that serves steamed and pan-fried dumplings with thin wrappers. Both the pan-fried and steamed dumplings use thin, starch-like wrappers filled with soft filling, and shrimp dumpling noodles can also be ordered. On weekday lunchtimes, calling ahead to reserve lets you eat in the shop, and takeout is available. Preparation takes time and parking is somewhat difficult.
