La Mer Panji

Lamere Panji is a large ocean-view cafe near Jeongja Port in Ulsan that sells bread, drinks, and brunch. Brunch can be ordered until 2 p.m., and the croissant burger, cabbage salad, and lasagna stand out. The sea is visible through the full-length windows, and the space inside and out is large with plenty of seating. Prices for bread and drinks are on the high side.
