Potien

Potien is a small pho restaurant in Songpa that serves brisket pho and bun cha. It also offers fried rice, stir-fried noodles, and fried king prawns. Side dishes are available at a self-service bar. Cilantro is served in long, unchopped stems, and the restaurant is behind a main road, making access less convenient.
