Kongkase

Kongkase is an Italian restaurant in Seongsu, Seoul, near Seoul Forest, serving lasagna, pasta, potato gnocchi and Wellington steak. The lasagna comes in bite-sized portions, and the gnocchi and pasta pair well with wine. About ten tables sit on the basement floor, where the lighting is dim and the noise level stays low. On weekday evenings, reservations are required in advance.
