Midam

Midam is a Korean restaurant in Seomyeon, Busan, serving seafood dishes such as mideodeok hoe, dolmeongge, and anago hoe. The hoe comes in 11 to 12 varieties, served with side dishes and salad dressing. The daegu jjim uses frozen pollack rather than fresh pollack. Prices are on the higher side, and the freshness of the seafood is not consistent across all items.
