Lull Coffee

Rule Coffee is a cafe in Seocho-dong, across from the Seoul Arts Center on the instrument street, serving hand-drip coffee, specialty coffee, and house-made cookies and cakes. It uses beans roasted by barista Jeong In-seong, who placed second in the World Brewers Cup. The barista explains the coffee's characteristics and writes tasting notes on a paper slip, brewing hand-drip with 4/8/4 and 4/6/6/6 recipes. The interior is minimal and plain.
