MOOD SEOUL

MOOD SEOUL is a restaurant-style wine bar on the Han River at Banpo Hangang Park in Seoul, serving wine with seafood dishes. The menu includes a seafood tower and raw oysters. Live jazz performances are held, and near sunset the windows look out over the Han River and the sunset. Portions are small and service is not smooth.
