깍뚝갈비

Kkakttuk Galbi is a charcoal-grill restaurant in Duho-dong, Pohang. Order the thick-cut beef kkakttuk galbi with yukhoe or doenjang jjigae as a set, and eat it with pa-kimchi. Staff grill the meat for you; once the cube-shaped surface is cooked, eat it without grilling it for long. The doenjang jjigae is salty, and the samgyeopsal (pork belly) is less satisfying than the beef.
