博多牛腸鍋 Jirou 櫻

Hakata Motsunabe Jirou Sakura is an izakaya in Okinawa that serves motsunabe. The broth for the motsunabe can be chosen from miso, soy sauce, salt, or kimchi, and it is sometimes eaten with yuzu. Nabe, grilled dishes, and fried dishes are ordered alongside it. The daechang (beef large intestine) does not carry an organ smell.
