Umai Jun is an izakaya in Myeongji, Busan, serving yakitori, jeongol and okonomiyaki. The kitchen butchers domestic raw chicken in-house and grills it over charcoal, and the saewoo poktan okonomiyaki is made with shrimp and a spicy sauce. The arongsatae jeongol combines house-made broth with arongsatae suyuk and vegetables, while the hanwoo yukhoe is served with a Daegu-style mungtigi sauce. The men's and women's restrooms are separate.
