Uogashi Standing Sushi Bar

Uogashi Nihonichi Shinbashi Ekimae is a standing sushi shop near Shinbashi Station where sushi is served piece by piece. You order the sushi you want and the chef presses it in front of you, and at lunch a set of around ten pieces is available. The shop is small but turnover is fast, so you can walk in without a reservation. There are no seats, so you stand while eating from start to finish.
