Baengnyeong Myeonok

Baengnyeong Myeonok is a Hwanghae-style Baengnyeongdo naengmyeon restaurant in Dohwa-dong, near Jemulpo Station in Incheon. Its signature dish is ban-naengmyeon, half mul naengmyeon and half bibim naengmyeon, served with buckwheat noodles in a broth mixed from dongchimi and meat stock. On weekend lunchtimes, customers wait through Tableing for around 30 minutes, and a warm buckwheat noodle water arrives first after ordering. In summer, the suyuk runs out quickly if you arrive late.
