Pobao

Pobao is a Vietnamese restaurant in Seoul serving pho and saewoo-goguma-jeon made from recipes learned from Vietnamese cooks. The chili oil is served in a small glass jar and is spicy enough that only a little should be added. The restaurant is small and run by one person. Portions are on the smaller side.
