Aldente

Aldente is a fusion Western restaurant near Mapo Station in Seoul that serves handmade donkatsu and several kinds of pasta. The donkatsu is made by hand, with a thick cut of meat coated in a crispy batter. Pasta comes in multiple varieties, but the donkatsu is named as the best dish. Bread and soup are served together before the meal.
