Mosaic is a shopping complex in Kobe Harborland with souvenir shops, restaurants, and cafes. It connects to Umie, and its landmarks include a Ferris wheel facing the sea, Meriken Park, and views of Kobe Port Tower. It opened in 1992 as Kobe Mosaic and has a second-floor wood deck and an Anpanman Museum. It is not an indoor mall, so it can be quite cold on rainy days.
