Umedon

Umedon is a tonkatsu restaurant in Seoul that serves low-temperature fried pork cutlets. The cutlets are eaten with salt and wasabi, and rice, misoshiru, and salad are served alongside. The meat is very tender and the breading is thin, so it has little presence, and the food takes about 20 minutes to arrive. The pork has a strong aroma.
