Dadong Hwangso Makchang is an outdoor seating restaurant in a park in Seoul that serves makchang, jjukkumi bokkeum and janchi noodles. The makchang comes already cooked, so it is easy to grill, and people order the jjukkumi and the janchi noodles alongside it. When the place fills up there is a wait for evening tables, and when smoke builds up inside the retractable dome is opened. Prices run high for the portions.
