Junghwalu

Jungwharu is a Chinese restaurant in Sinpo-dong near Incheon Chinatown that has operated since 1918, serving samseon jjamppong, Sichuan jjajang, and yuni jjajang. The Sichuan jjajang comes with a red sauce served separately from the noodles and contains shrimp and squid. A line forms at lunch, but it moves quickly, and the restaurant opens at 11 a.m. The ganjjajang is on the salty side.
