Hegi

Hegi is a bar in Daegu’s Dongsungno Gyodong Jeomeumui Geori that serves alcohol and charcoal-grilled dishes. Staff grill the charcoal-grilled chicken themselves to bring out its smoky flavour, and the menu also includes yukhoe gimbap and so suyuk. The bar is open from 5 p.m. to 2 a.m., extending to 3 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. The interior lighting is dim, and the seats farther inside feel enclosed.
