Meongseogjib

Meongseokjip is a meat restaurant near Jongno 3-ga Station in Ikseon-dong, Seoul, serving samgyeopsal (pork belly) and pork collar aged for 80 hours. The aged samgyeopsal is thick and is grilled on the pan together with kimchi, bean sprouts, and garlic. There is outdoor seating at tables in front of the alley and a hanok interior with an open ceiling, and staff grill the set menu items at the table. Weekend evenings bring a wait.
