Gochangjip

Gochangjip is a Jeollabuk-do-style restaurant in Dongdaemun, Seoul, serving baeksuk and ottori. It offers hanbang ori with neungi mushroom and kalguksu additions, and the ottori-tang has a thick broth. Because the food is cooked for a long time, a reservation is needed before visiting, and kimchi, kkakdugi and pa-kimchi are served together. During busy hours, serving staff are short-handed.
