Buam Gopchang

Buam Gopchang is a gopchang restaurant near Sangmyeong University in Seoul that serves grilled beef small intestines and pork intestines. It grills honggopchang and baekgopchang, and the gopchang jeongol is eaten with udon noodles added. Egg custard with flying fish roe and fried rice are also on the menu, and the dining room does not smell of gopchang. The portions of gopchang are on the small side.
