Respire Bakery is a two-floor bakery cafe near Gyeongbokgung in Seochon that sells salt bread, ciabatta, and brunch. Salt bread is baked every morning and sold the same day, alongside French toast and omelette sandwiches. The first floor holds the bakery and the second floor has seating, with outdoor tables and a terrace. On weekends, the bread sells out if you arrive late.
