Daechun Haejangguk

Daechun Haejangguk Jeju City Hall Branch is a restaurant near the Jeju City Hall intersection that serves haejangguk and naejangtang. The clear, mild broth of the naejangtang holds plenty of offal and bean sprouts, while the haejangguk comes with seonji, yangji, and meoritgogi. Adding half a spoon of minced garlic and letting it sit for about five minutes deepens the broth. The portion of rice is on the small side.
