Rosso 1924 is a pizzeria near Hongdae Station in Seoul that bakes Naples-style pizzas in a wood-fired oven. Toppings can be chosen, including margherita and formaggi cheese pizza, and the thin, chewy dough is baked to order in the oven. The oven sits in the center of the room, so you can watch the pizzas being baked. The pizzas are small, so each person orders one.
