Daepo Makchang

Daepo Makchang is a makchang restaurant in the Hapjeong area of Seoul that serves beef makchang and pork makchang. Staff grill the par-cooked makchang a second time and bring it out with a secret sauce. On weekend evenings the wait can run about 30 minutes, and orders of three servings or more come with kkeopdegi or bokkeumbap at no charge. The space inside is small.
