BAKE is a bakery in the basement of Shinsegae Department Store in Centum City, Busan, selling Japanese-style cheese tarts. Its signature item is a cheese tart made with Hokkaido cheese. Many customers line up to buy them, and the tart filling is soft and moist. The cheese tarts eaten in Japan can also be bought in Korea.
