Gogyul is a meat restaurant in Gwangalli, Busan, where beef galbi and samgyeopsal are seared over straw before grilling. Staff grill the meat for you, and it comes with side dishes such as black sesame sauce and myeongi jangajji. The meat is grilled a second time on the grill pan, and the meat attached to the bone is cut off as well. Dolsotbap can also be ordered.
