Geumsan 1983

Geumson 1983 is a Chinese restaurant in Busan that serves jjajang, tangsuyuk and yakitori omakase together. The jjajang contains a lot of meat, the tangsuyuk comes with basil, and the yakitori is grilled to order. It runs by reservation and cooks in an open kitchen, with a choice of the Geumson omakase before the meal or the anju omakase as a second round. Food comes out slowly.
