Siki Katsu

Sikikatsu is a Japanese tonkatsu restaurant near Kyung Hee University in Hoegi-dong, Seoul, serving loin, tenderloin, and cheese donkatsu. The loin has chewy fat that melts, the breading is not thick, and the table lists how to eat it. A wait forms from around 6 p.m. on weekdays, and a sorbet-like dessert comes at the end of the meal. The space is small and there are not many tables.
