Namwon Chueotang (Loach Fish Soup)

Namwon Chueotang is a Korean restaurant serving chueotang next to the Seonjeongneung ticket office near Seolleung. It serves a red chueotang made with ground loach rather than whole loach, and the set meal comes with chueo mulmandu and chueo twigim. The restaurant has operated in the same spot for decades, and jeotgal is served as a side dish with refills. The chueo twigim is soggy and has a thick flour coating.
