Miyuk

Miyuk in Gijang is a rotating grill restaurant where diners pick their own meat and cook it on their own grill. It serves Korean beef including chuck flap and galbi, along with lamb and pork, and doenjang jjigae on the side. Meat moves around on a conveyor like sushi, and the restaurant asks guests to reserve before visiting. There is no system for cleaning the grill when switching between types of meat.
